Shipping policy

Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed. However, orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on the weekend, holidays, or after 3pm CST will begin processing on the next business day.

General Information: 

• Tracking for your order will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping
• We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, stolen packages, or packages that were sent to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with family members and  neighbors to ensure that someone else did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
